Request for Transcript

Current or past students who require a copy of their current transcript from the ALU or MRAP program, or need to authorize its submission to a third-party, such as a current or prospective employer, must complete and return the attached form. The transcript will include an indication of exams taken/passed; dates of conferment for diplomas or designations, and a signature of an ALU representative.

Please note that we will no longer accept requests through email without this form. Additionally, if the contact details provided on the form do not match our record, additional verification may be requested.
